Nashville reports 67 new cases, no new deaths

Metro Nashville Health Department officials announced an increase of 67 new COVID-19 cases Sunday, bringing the total to 29,225, including confirmed and probable cases.

There are 857 active cases in Davidson County. So far, 28,089 have recovered from the virus.

No probable or confirmed new deaths connected to the virus have been reported in the past 24 hours

A total of 279 deaths have been attributed to COVID-19 in Davidson County, including both confirmed and probable cases.

Available Middle Tennessee hospital beds stood at 17% capacity, while available Middle Tennessee ICU beds stood at 14%.

Saturday, Oct. 3

Tennessee reports 1,192 new cases, 45 new deaths

The Tennessee Department of Health reported 1,192 new COVID-19 cases Saturday, bringing the case total to 199,595. There are currently 13,502 active cases in the state. 

Over the past 24 hours, 45 new deaths have been reported, making a total of 2,560 deaths in Tennessee.

There are currently 855 hospitalizations in Tennessee related to the coronavirus. 

There are 183,533 cases considered recovered or inactive. 

Nashville reports 22 new cases, one new death

Metro Nashville Health Department officials announced an increase of 22 new COVID-19 cases Saturday, bringing the total to 29,158, including confirmed and probable cases.

There are 852 active cases in Davidson County. So far, 28,027 have recovered from the virus.

One additional death linked to COVID-19 was reported in the past 24 hours, an 85-year-old woman with underlying health conditions.

A total of 279 deaths have been attributed to COVID-19 in Davidson County, including both confirmed and probable cases.

Available Middle Tennessee hospital beds stood at 16% capacity, while available Middle Tennessee ICU beds stood at 12%.

Friday, Oct. 2

Tennessee reports 971 new cases, 14 new deaths

The Tennessee Department of Health reported 971 new COVID-19 cases Friday, bringing the case total to 198,403. There are currently 13,722 active cases. 

Over the past 24 hours, 14 new deaths have been reported, making a total of 2,515 deaths in Tennessee.

There are currently 842 hospitalizations in Tennessee related to the coronavirus. 

There are 182,166 cases considered recovered or inactive.
